Q: I wasn't charged €35 for the premium sunshade on my reservation?
A: As accessories depend on availability and are not guaranteed , we do not automatically charge for them when booking.
The premium sunshade is charged at €35 per scooter and per booking , non-refundable .
Q: I can only put one scooter in my basket, but I need two (or more)?
A: To accept the General Terms and Conditions for each user , a separate order must be placed per scooter .
Don't worry, we will merge your orders on our end.
All multiple orders must have the same delivery and collection times .
Different schedules will be treated as separate orders to avoid any errors.
Q: What happens if I miss my delivery or pickup slot?
A: If an appointment is missed and the office is not notified , we will try to reschedule according to our availability , but an additional fee may apply.
The Tenant must be present at the agreed time and place .
In case of absence or lateness, travel expenses will apply:

€45 on the Disney estate,

€45 outside the Disney area,
by attempting a new delivery.
The same scale applies for the recovery of the equipment.
If the equipment is not returned on time, an additional day will be charged at a rate of €25 .
Travel fees can only be waived if the return is made directly to the store.
Q: Why is it important to provide a valid mobile phone number when booking?
A: This is the most efficient way to communicate with you . Your delivery driver will usually notify you by SMS when they are on their way ( not 100% guaranteed ).
Q: How long does it take to fully charge a scooter battery?
A: Generally, a full night . Allow approximately 8 hours , but up to 10 hours for a completely discharged Victory 10 Extended battery .
Q: What are your customer service hours?
A: Our team is available from 7am to 4pm every day .
A support team is available from 7am to 7pm .
Q: Why does my scooter beep (or flash blue) and not start?
· 5 beeps: the gear lever is in neutral → Shift into Drive , then turn the scooter off and on again.
· 6 beeps: the accelerator lever is touched at startup → Remove your hands, turn off and turn back on.
• 1 or 2 beeps while riding: scooter overload ( weight or low battery ).
· 7, 8 or 9 beeps: internal problem → contact customer service immediately.
· If the scooter is switched on while charging , it will also beep.
Q: Where do you deliver and pick up the scooters?
A: GMS delivers free of charge and on time to all hotels, resorts and rentals near Disneyland Paris.
Q: How long does a scooter battery last?
A: Our GMS scooters are equipped with long-range batteries . The battery life varies depending on the user's weight and the terrain .
· GOGO: max 113 kg → 4 to 4.5 hours
· VICTORY: max 159 kg → ~8 hours
➡️ Full charge recommended , and do not overload the scooter to avoid reducing the range by 50% .
Q: Can scooters be used on park transport?
A: Yes. All our scooters comply with park and public transport regulations.
💡 Remove the basket or sunshade if necessary.
Q: What should I do if it rains?
A: Our scooters are water-resistant , but not waterproof .
Seek shelter immediately and protect the console and controls.
Water can cause a safety shutdown until the system is completely dry.
Q: Why is a USB port provided?
A: To easily charge your phone while on the go, with integrated phone holder ( cable not included ).

Q: Can I rent a scooter for more than 7 days?
A: Yes, but you need to contact our team to check the available options and the price.
Q: Why additional lighting?
A: For better nighttime visibility and a unique style thanks to the LEDs under the chassis.
Q: Why are different seats available?
A: The Victory 10 offers an adjustable Captain's Chair seat for maximum comfort.
The Go-Go Sport are designed for transport and cannot accommodate these seats.
Q: When will my card be charged? Is there a deposit?
A: The card is charged at the time of booking.
No deposit required.
Q: Can I book by phone?
A: All bookings are made online 24/7.
You accept the General Terms and Conditions in advance to save time on delivery.
Q: How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
A: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.
Q: Are scooters easy to dismantle for use in a car?
A:
Go-Go Sport: easy disassembly for individual transport.
• Victory: requires a larger vehicle with a tailgate.
Q: Can I leave my scooter unattended?
A: Yes, but remove the key and keep the scooter within sight.
The responsibility remains with the tenant.
Q: What should I do if the scooter breaks down?
A: Very rare — our fleet is renewed every 9 months.
Contact customer service if the problem is not related to the battery.
Q: Which scooter should I choose?

· For easy transport: Go-Go Sport
• For comfort and performance: Victory 10
Q: How do I cancel my reservation?
A: Cancellations are possible at any time.
Cancel at least 2 days in advance to avoid being charged for a day's rental.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
